Below is a guide to the key developments — both launched and upcoming — from Marbella to Sotogrande.


Four Seasons Resort & Branded Residences, Marbella East


Location: Near Torre Real, east Marbella

Overview: A €740 million masterplan set across one of Marbella’s last major beachfront plots. It will feature a 120-key hotel, around 136 private hotel residences, and 170 branded homes. Design Hills by Dolce & Gabbana, Golden Mile Marbella

Status: Under development - Mid / Late 2028


Overview: This collaboration brings Italian glamour to Marbella. The project includes 92 apartments and villas styled with bespoke Dolce & Gabbana interiors, alongside a private club, wellness areas, and restaurants. St. Regis Residences, Finca Cortesín, Casares

Overview: Extending the Finca Cortesín experience, this collection of branded villas and apartments will feature St. Regis’ legendary service, butler program, and access to the golf club and beach club. It positions Casares as the new frontier for discreet luxury on the Costa del Sol.
